Announcement management

  1. Press on your profile avatar

  2. Go to the Announcements section → Manage

  3. You are now at the Announcements app

Announcement configuration settings

  1. Go to (blue star) and select Manage apps

  2. Look for Teambit Announcements and select Configuration

  3. Now you are at the app configuration settings

Who can access the app manager and create announcements?

  • Announcement manager is always accessible by Jira Administrators.

  • Manager is also accessible to chosen user groups.

How to select who can create announcements:

  1. Go to app configuration settings

  2. Select the user groups from the select list and add them

  3. Press Submit to save the access groups
