Here is how you can use the custom email template.

Create a custom email template

The announcement app lets you use HTML code to create your own customizable email templates.

  1. First, you have to go to the announcement configuration settings.

  2. In Announcement configuration settings open Email templates.

  3. Press Create button.

     

  4. Paste your own custom HTML email code. Don’t forget to name your template.

     

  5. Once you paste your code the preview window will appear below the code.

  6. Press the Create button to save the template.

 

Preview the template

Once you have saved the email template you can preview it by pressing Preview

The email will be shown without content with variables

Editing the email template

  1. By pressing Edit a similar window to the Create screen will appear but this time with the code you have saved.

  2. Your edits are shown below in the preview window.

  3. After you made the changes press Edit to save the template.
