Announcements in Jira vs. JSM

You can choose where the announcement should be shown.

  • Only on Jira Software

  • Only on JSM selected portal

  • On both

While creating, copying or editing the announcement you can choose where it should be shown, on Jira, the Customers portal (on a selected project) or both. If you choose JSM it will be shown only to one project on customers portal and not the others.
