To send email notifications:

1. Select Email tab

2. Check ‘Send email?’ checkbox to show the

   Open

   

   Note: this is an example of a template. You can create your own HTML template. Instructions on how to do this.

3. Select recipients who should get the email

   Open

   

   Note: recipients must be entered in the configuration manager settings. This is how.

4. Choose the email template from the drop list

5. Fill in the subject and text of the email

6. Press Submit to save the email.
