Here is how you can use the custom email template.
Create a custom email template
Announcement app lets you to use custom HTML templates to create your own emails.
In Announcement configuration settings open Email templates
Press Create button
Paste your own custom HTML email code. Don’t forget to name your template
Once you paste your code the preview window will appear below the code.
Press the Create button to save the template
Preview the template
Once you have saved the email template you can preview it by pressing Preview
The email will be shown without content with variables
Editing the email template
By pressing Edit a similar window to the Create screen will appear but this time with the code you have saved.
Your edits are shown below in the preview window.
After you made the changes press Edit to save the template.
